Orion Tours is not responsible for the representations made by non-Orion Tours employees regarding the availability of Orion Tours’ transportation service. If you are physically challenged in any way and need assistance, please let us know 24 hours in advance. Not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or contents when parking in terminal lots.
All prices and availability will be confirmed to you within 24 hours of your order. Any unforeseen changes in price or availability will be advised in your confirmation.
We reserve the right to alter, modify, or cancel a tour, activity due to bad weather, unsafe conditions or at the request of governmental, park, and state agencies. We reserve the right to cancel or change tour schedules, content, and prices without prior notice. Tour routes and content are subject to change; tours may not be driven in the order as described in the tour descriptions.
We are not responsible for delays or service interruption due to mechanical failure, accidents, traffic congestion, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles left onboard any vehicle.
Reservation and Payments
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a reservation order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, we will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of reservation. If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we may cancel your order and get another customer within the scheduled time.
If the amount you pay for the reservation is obviously or grossly incorrect, regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you, and regardless of whether because of a transactional malfunction of our web site, then we will have the right to cancel that order and refund to you the amount that you paid.
If you do not receive a confirmation after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm whether or not your order has been placed. You may call us at 888-505-9889. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the reservation process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars.
All tours, activities must be pre-paid at the time of booking by credit card.
If we are unable to obtain authorization with the credit card submitted, you will be notified by the system.
All customers are asked to reconfirm your tour by calling the telephone number provided on the email confirmation upon arrival in your destination city.
Drivers or tour guide gratuity is at your discretion and is not included.
Services
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify the availability of these services. The purchaser can obtain schedule information by calling 1-888-505-9889. Orion Tours reserves the right to modify our schedule at any time. Every effort is made to remain on schedule. However, circumstances sometimes develop beyond Orion Tours’ control, such as weather and/or travel delays. Orion Tours is not responsible for late arrivals, schedule changes, inconvenience or damage from delayed service to any point or destination. We strongly recommend contacting your airline during peak travel periods or extreme weather conditions to verify your Airlines departure time. Connecting service to your destination may be necessary. To obtain service from San Francisco International Airport(SFO), Oakland International Airport all passengers, must first obtain their luggage and proceed to the Transportation Counter (in the baggage claim area). If no one is at the counter, please use the designated courtesy phone to check in. At Airport use the white courtesy phone. If you have a prepaid ticket, please have your ticket number ready for the Ground Transportation Representative or Orion Tours Dispatcher. You will then be checked in and scheduled for a seat on the next available vehicle. As a reminder if for any reason you miss your original departure time you will be placed on the next available vehicle to your destination. If you do not have a prepaid ticket, payment may also be made at the time of travel with cash or any major credit card. Checks are not accepted as form of payment. Drivers can only sell regular one-way fares. Please keep in mind that all trip times are approximate. Seating aboard vehicles operated in interstate or foreign commerce is without regard to race, color, creed or national origin. Shared ride service is provided on 4-58 passenger vehicles. Reservations are strongly recommended. An adult must accompany children under 16 years of age.
Tours, activities may include some element of risk. We assume no liability for injuries. Smoking is not allowed in tour, activity vehicles.
Pick-Up
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in the correct pick-up location at the correct time. Your email confirmation will provide you with all of the information you need regarding the pickup time and location.
Luggage Policy
Customer is responsible for his/her luggage. One piece of luggage plus one carry on per child. Size and weight restrictions (Maximum is 75 lbs.) additional charges may apply. A maximum of three pieces (not to exceed 10x20x30 or 62 inches total) may be checked, plus one carry-on per adult and one piece of checked luggage and one carry on per child. Luggage not allowed under any circumstances: (Includes, but not limited to:) surfboards, oars, trunks, footlockers and boxes. If space provides, oversized luggage and extra baggage may be allowed, in which additional charges will be incurred. Carry on items: Customer?s, must carry on high value items not limited to jewelry, laptop computers, cameras, camcorders, portraits, etc.
Pets are not allowed with the exception of Service Animals. Orion Tours is not responsible for damaged luggage for any reason. No bailment is created. Customer’s luggage is transported as an accommodation to the customer. Customer herby indemnifies and holds harmless Orion Tours, its agents, employees and representatives from and for any and all claims relating to lost/damaged luggage and personal property.

Cancellation and Refund
There is no refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour and "no-shows" on the day of the tour. You will receive no refund for failing to take your tour/activity or if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour/activity time. If you cancel prior to 24 hours before tour/activity date, there is a $55, non-negotiable, non-refundable processing fee. All cancellations must be received in writing and are effective on the date and time received. Please call 888-505-9889 to speak to us about cancellations and changes. Our office hours are 8 am to 6 pm Pacific Time. If you reach voice mail, please leave a detailed message. Please fax cancellations to 650-589-1350. Be sure to include the following: the full name under which the reservation was made, your email address, indicate whether you booked the tour/activity online or by telephone, the date of your tour/activity, the name of the tour/activity that was booked, the date you placed your tour/activity order, the amount of the transaction, a telephone number where you can be reached if necessary, and a brief explanation of the reason for the credit/cancellation request. We will not acknowledge voice mail and email cancellations.
Changes
There is no charge for changes made 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the tour/activity.
Please read your confirmation clearly to ensure you have entered the correct date you wish to conduct the tour/activity.
